Benefits of Lipotropic Shots

Choosing the right treatment

Our Medical Weight-Loss program is different from other weight loss regimens because it is known to boost metabolism and keep you from feeling hungry. Typically, when your body takes in fewer calories than it burns, the body’s natural response is to slow down the metabolism and preserve fat stores. The fat burning shots help your body metabolize stubborn fat stores and keep you energized while taking away unwanted fat.

The search for a perfect weight loss solution is a never-ending task. Many of our clients find this program to be a quick and easy solution when it is followed properly and meticulously. However, not  everyone will qualify for this type of treatment such as people with heart disease, Glaucoma hyperthyroid, uncontrollable hypertension, and morbid obesity.

Steps to Balanced Weight Loss

Restore Hormone Balance

Various hormones produced in our body in right quantity to maintain our health and quality of life. Any imbalances have negative consequences. Thyroid hormone controls metabolism, and increased stress hormone  cortisol can lead to weight gain. There are various other hormones that keep our body functioning.

Increase Physical Activity

Physical activity may protect you from developing serious health problems and weight gain. Regular physical activity is linked to many health benefits. It can lower blood pressure, blood sugar, help build healthy bones, muscles, and joints, help your heart and lungs work better, and boost energy , aid in sleeping at night, and improve mood.

Reduce Stress

During stress, our body releases the so-called “stress hormone” cortisol. The cortisol levels can remain persistently elevated in the body when a person is subjected to chronic stress. Cortisol stimulates fat and carbohydrate metabolism for fast energy. The end result is an increase in appetite and weight gain or difficulty losing unwanted pounds.

Healthy Eating

A healthy eating or a balanced diet  lays emphasizes on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products. It includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, nuts and is low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars. Above all to stay within your daily calorie needs.

Increase Physical Activity

Research suggests that exposure to environmental toxins such as pesticides, solvents, certain household cleaners and chemicals and allergens is associated with an increased prevalence of asthma and allergies. They cause chronic inflammatory diseases and represent a substantial morbidity and mortality in severe cases. It is important to remove them from home and work environment.

Reduce Stress

Lifestyle Changes includes increased physical activity, stress reduction, healthy eating, removing toxins and allergens from close contact. The key factor is making these lifestyle changes as an everyday habit.

Most frequent questions and answers

We perform a medical exam, EKG if required, Lipo shots, prescription for appetite suppressants. We suggest meal plans, meal replacement plan if required, and advice on active lifestyle.

Healthy weight significantly reduces the risk of heart attack, cancer, stroke, arthritis, lung disease, liver disease, inflammation, heart disease and diabetes. Further weight loss reduces fatigue and improves appearance and confidence. There will be reduced cost of medical care and improvement in quality of life.

It is not advisable to be on weight loss medication for a long term. You can discuss it with your medical professional. Once you have reached the desired weight loss goal, it is best to try and maintain the weight with diet, exercise and life style changes.

All our weight loss patients have seen results within the first two weeks. The weight lost differs from individual to individual.  Greater weight loss results are seen by the patients who are regular on medication, have a healthy eating, portion control, and physical activity. Weight loss medication is not for long term use.

One hour of moderate physical activity like brisk walking, jogging or swimming for 5 days a week will see results.

Currently we do not provide training session for exercise, or healthy cooking  but we do have brochures and notes on the subject. We may consider this in the future.
